I’m Rod Adrian Sufrir, a Civil Engineer and Joinery & Fit-Out Estimator based in Dubai.
I bring over two years of estimating experience, including more than a year specializing in UAE joinery and fit-out projects. My work spans residential villas, commercial offices, hotel fit-outs, and large-volume joinery packages.
I translate drawings and specifications into takeoffs, material breakdowns, and detailed cost estimates—then work with suppliers and production teams to check the details behind the numbers.
My goal is to provide clear, accurate, and practical estimates that help contractors and joinery companies prepare competitive quotations and control project costs.
